Project 3 - Distributing Walking Aid and School Equipments (2019, Vavuniya) As a next step I felt to do something different. So I got in touch with the Orhan school in Vavuniya. Working with the physically/mentally impaired kids was definitely a life changing experience. They were all so happy and excited and welcomed us with open arms. I got to eat, play and do some workshops with them. While talking to the head of the school I came to know that the school was in urgent need of some walking aids. So I organised them a few walking sticks and wheelchairs so the kids who needed it could finally be on their own and move around independently. With the help of my working colleague I was also able to distribute a lot of colour pencil boxes to the kids so they had something fun to do during their free time.
